Sp Mortgage Bank Plc's and Savings Banks Group's Half year financial report for 1 January - 30 June 2019 has been published.

The Amalgamation has republished Pillar III Disclosure report 2018 originally made public on 15 March 2019. This republished report contains more specific information on the main features of CET1 capital instruments. In addition some features of Tier 2 capital instruments have been corrected.
