The preliminary Financial Statement of Savings Banks Group for 2017 has been published on 24
January 2018. The publication has no effect on the releasing schedule of the Financial Statement for
Sp Mortgage Bank Plc and Central Bank of Savings Banks Finland Plc which will be released on 15
February 2018. Also the official Financial Statement for Savings Banks Group will be published on 15
February as earlier has been announced.

Sp Mortgage Bank Plc, Central Bank of Savings Banks Finland Plc and Savings Banks Group will
publish their Releases of Financial Statements for 2017 on 15 February 2018 as a stock exchange
release and on following internet pages:
